Today, on 7 December 2024, in Kaluga (Russia), the group stage of the ECL 3x3 Super Final took place. As a result, the Men's and Women's Belarusian National teams "Belarus" as well as the Soligorsk "Shakhter" advanced to the playoffs.
The Super Final is the decisive tournament of the sixth season of the UCL 3x3. It features the best teams of the regular season, as well as top teams from Europe and Asia.
Tomorrow, 8 December, the 3x3 basketball international tournament playoffs will take place, determining the champion titleholder.
MEN
In the men's tournament, our country is represented by the Belarus National 3x3 team, led by Raman Hests, and Soligorsk "Shakhter" led by Vladimir Agababyan.
At the preliminary stage, both Belarusian teams were in Group "B" along with "TsSP Obninsk". In their debut game, "Belarus" defeated the “Obninsk” team (20:15) but lost to "Shakhter" in the Belarusian derby (13:22). Meanwhile, "Shakhter" also secured a convincing victory over “Obninsk” (19:8) in their final group stage match.
Thus, "Shakhter" advanced to the playoffs from first place in Pool "B", while "Belarus" secured the second spot.

WOMEN
The Belarusian Women's National 3x3 team, led by Natalia Anufryenka, consists of: Yana Haliakova, Maryia Adashchyk (both from "Metallurg," Russia), Maryia Anufryenka ("ChGU-Atlanta," Russia), Alena Tsitavets, Anastasia Babak (both from "MINSK").
The Belarusian team was placed in Pool "B", where they faced "Barsy Atyrau," "TsOP-Petersburg," and "NV AES". The Belarusian women debuted at the international 3x3 tournament with a strong victory over Kazakhstan's "Barsy Atyrau" (21:6). In their second game, they outplayed "NV AES" (21:13) but narrowly lost to Russia’s 3x3 champions, "TsOP-Petersburg" (19:21).
Thus, with two wins and one loss, "Belarus" advances to the playoffs from second place in Pool "B", meaning they will continue competing from the semifinals tomorrow.
