The women's team "Horizont" becomes the winners of the XXXIII BETERA Championship of Belarus for the 2024-2025 season.

On May 19, 2025, the final match of the "golden" series of the XXXIII BETERA Championship of the Republic of Belarus among women's teams took place in Molodechno, where "Horizont" achieved a decisive third victory over "MINSK" with a score of 52:45 and became the champion.

In the 2024-2025 season, the capital team became the silver medalist of the women's Championship of Belarus.

In addition to cups and medals, the basketball players were also awarded special prizes: the best players of the Championship received awards from the Belarusian Basketball Federation and the official partner BETERA in the following categories:

– "Best Defender" – Alisa Barshchevskaya ("Horizont");

– "Best Forward" – Alena Tsitavets ("MINSK");

– "Best Center" – Anastasia Babak ("MINSK");

– "Best Young Player" – Marta Halalavach ("Horizont");

– MVP – Anastasia Verameyenka ("Horizont").

The prizes were made to order by the Belarusian Basketball Federation at the Nemansk Glass Factory.

The award ceremony was attended by honored guests:

– Deputy Chairman of the BBF, Head Coach of the National Teams of the Republic of Belarus Anatoli Iakoubenko;

– Chairman of the Minsk Regional Branch of the BBF, Deputy Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Belarus Mikalai Rahashchuk;

– Head of the Main Department of Sports and Tourism of the Minsk Region Executive Committee, Yauheni Buloychyk.

"Olympia" became the bronze champion. On May 13, 2025, in Minsk, the decisive match for 3rd place in the BETERA national championship among women's teams took place, resulting in Grodno's "Olimpia" defeating "Horizont-2-RCOP" with a score of 80:62 and becoming the bronze medalists of the championship.
