As part of the joint project of the BBF and FIBA Europe "Her World, Her Rules", a refereeing seminar will be held from July 15 to 17, with 6 female referees participating.
A seminar for female referees will be held on the basis of the International Basketball Tournament in memory of Honored Coach of the USSR Semen Khalipski. 6 women were appointed to serve the Cup matches: Elizaveta Fomina, Vlada Nazarenko, Olga Krutalevich, Varvara Teglenkova, Taisiya Valendo (all from Minsk) and Anastasia Raskopa (Baranovichi). The Commissioner will be Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, chairman of the Educational and Methodological Commission of the Russian Basketball Federation, national instructor Fedor Dmitriev, who will inspect and monitor the work of referees, as well as analyze the work of referees at each game of the Khalipski Cup.
