Seminar participant and FIBA referee Denis Matsulevich said: “First of all, I would like to thank the European and Belarusian Basketball Federations, the Republican Collegium of Referees and personally the Deputy Chairman of the BBF Andrey Anatolyevich Balabin for the opportunity to take part in a useful and exciting international seminar. The training program was intense and diverse: interesting theoretical material, intensive practical training and the opportunity to work out the elements of mechanics and individual refereeing technique directly on the court under the guidance of the best specialists. Certainly, it is very important to take part in the seminar and to gain valuable experience, which will be put into practice in the games of the national championship and international matches. It was also interesting to exchange experience with colleagues from other countries and to improve my knowledge in organizing and holding events for referees.”

Pretty soon, on February 3-5, 2022, in Minsk on the basis of BSUPC will be held a republican off-season seminar for coaches, commissars and referees.
