On 28th December 2020, the Basketball club "Horizont" joined the Republican New Year's charity event "Our Children".
Players and coaches of the club visited Stolbtsy. Famous athletes and coaches of the Sports Club "Horizont" such as Nataliya Trafimava, Mikhail Feiman, Natalia Anufryienka, Yulyia Rytsikava, Volha Ziuzkova and Marina Kress together with Ded Moroz and Snegurochka greeted the children of the children's social shelter, the special education center, as well as the family-type orphanage on the upcoming New Year. All children were given gifts with the club's logos as well as sweet ones. Representatives of the club tried to do everything to make the children who need support and attention feel the New Year’s magic.
Taking into account the epidemiological situation, the holiday "New Year at the gate" with fairy-tale characters and a contest program with Ded Moroz and Snegurochka were held outdoors. The events were organized with the assistance of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee and the Main Department of Sports and Tourism of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.
