At the meeting of the BBF Executive Committee, which was held on May 22, 2020, a number of decisions were made.
Men’s and Women’s National Basketball Championships of the Republic of Belarus, 2019/2020 season
In accordance with the recommendations of the Sports and Tourism Ministry and Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, as well as being guided by the decisions of FIBA and FIBA Europe, the BBF Executive Committee have analyzed all the proposals of the participating teams of the Men’s and Women’s National Championships and decided:
- To finish Women’s National Championships of the Republic of Belarus (2019/2020 season). The final standings of the teams form in accordance with the places taken in the standings at the end of the second stage of the championship;

- To hold the final games of the Men’s National Basketball Championships of the Republic of Belarus (2019/2020 season) in the “final four” format of for 1-4 places on September 2020. The final games participants will be the following teams: Tsmoki-Minsk, COR-Borisfen, Rubon, Grodno-93. Final standings of the remaining teams will be distributed according to the places in the current standings;

The Head Referee Board of the Championship and Basketball Cup the Republic of Belarus for the 2020/2021 season was approved as follows:
Filippov V. – head referee;
Ivashkov P. – deputy head referee;
Zhebrovsky V. – head secretary.
A decision was made to purchase new referees uniform.
Children and Youth Basketball League “Slodych”
BBF Executive Committee decided to finish the championship of the "Children and Youth Basketball League "Slodych" of the season 2019/2020 without distribution of the final places of teams. Encourage memorable prizes to the best players and coaches at the end of the last season. In the 2019/2020 season 92 teams took part (1,639 participants), 95 coaches from 30 sports organizations.
Refereeing
Given the progressive and productive changes in the activities of the Republican Referees Board, as well as the work that has been done over the past two seasons, the BBF Executive Committee decided to introduce a payment system depending on the rating of the referee, that is, depending on the composition of the “rating baskets” established by the RRB in accordance with the approved Regulation on the rating.
