The new 2020 basketball year has started. Looking back, BBF is summing up the results of the past 2019.

Of course, the performance of Belarusian 3х3 teams at the 2nd European games in Minsk can be considered the main national basketball success of the last year, where both men's and women's squads managed to achieve an extra class result – made it to top three winners. Then, on 21 June, our teams had a cheerful start in the competition: Yury Vouk's players confidently beat Italy and the players under the leadership of Dzmitry Kaltunou defeated their opponents from Slovenia. Then during the group stage the Belarusian players beat the Russian team and lost to Serbia, but they entered the playoffs from the 1st place in the pool. Even though men's team lost to Lithuania, they made its way to the next round of European games thanks to the victory over Estonia. Then in quarterfinals, both our teams won the Netherlands and Serbia, thereby making it to the semifinals. On the final day of the tournament, June 24, the girls were incredibly close to reaching the final: 20 seconds before the end with a score -2 Maryna Ivashchanka scored and1, but did not make both penalty shots - and it turned out to be the key moment.

bbf 14 01 2020 37

In the match for the third place the Belarusian team won a confident victory over Germany.

Our guys were just one step away from reaching the final and only an overtime defeat from team Latvia did not allow them to fight for the gold. However, in the match for the third place, the Belarusian team brought the matter to the victorious end, taking the bronze from the powerful Poles.

bbf 14 01 2020 24

Of course, such result of our teams would not have been possible without huge support of Belarusian fans, who filled the grandstands from the beginning to the end of the tournament, believing in the success of local players and living behind them from the beginning to the end of each meeting.

- First of all, I am filled with feelings of joy and pride for the girls, shared then his emotions coach of the Women's National Team of Belarus 3x3 Yury Vouk. – Want to thank the team for this tournament. In addition, thanks to the fans for their support, we played for you.

The coach of Men's National Team of Belarus 3х3 Dzmitry Kaltunou also noted the incredible support of the stands in those days: "The fact that it is a domestic victory gives special importance and value to this bronze. Thanks to all fans and our close friends who supported us throughout the preparation and the competition themselves."

Our youth team player Aliaksei Navoichyk won another bronze medal in the discipline 3х3

bbf 14 01 2020 25

At the U18 World Championship in Mongolia, that took place from July 3-7, the Belarusian player stand out himself in the final of the individual dunk contest.

According to the results of the preliminary selection the Belarusian player scored a third sum of points among 20 participants. In the semifinals, he performed a spectacular dunk that was appreciated not only by the jury members, but also by the gathered audience. However, in order to reach the final and fight for the gold, our compatriot did not have enough luck. The second attempt to hit the ball was carried out with the help of an assistant, which, of course, complicated the task. Unfortunately, the bet on a complex throw that gave many points failed. However, the Belarusian player was awarded with the bronze medal of the World Championship 3х3 among players under the age of 18.

ON THE WAY TO TOKYO-2020

The Women's National 3x3 Team of Belarus is the only basketball team to qualify for the Olympic qualification tournament and compete for the opportunity to get to Tokyo 2020. Our team has successfully qualified for the competition, where only three lucky tickets will be awarded for the first ever 3x3 tournament in the Olympic Games program. This qualification will take place in March 2020 in India – 20 men's and women's teams, which have the highest world ranking during the year, will take part (from November 1, 2018 to November 1, 2019). The Belarusians got into pool C, where they will compete with the teams from Netherlands, Estonia, Hungary and Sri Lanka in the group stage.

bbf 14 01 2020 31

Just to remind, Yury Vouk’s team in the 2019 season not only won bronze medals at the 2nd European games, but also:

- became the sixth in the European Championship;

- finished fourth at the U-23 World Championship;

- received an invitation from FIBA for the first time and performed on World series tours;

- in the 2020 season, women's teams under 23 and 18 won the right to compete at the World Championships.

Scholarship holder of the Presidential sports club

Natallia Harbachova, a player of the U-23 Women's National 3x3 Team of Belarus, is among the 264 fellows of the Presidential sports club for 2020. As a reminder, Natalia took a high 4th place in the 3x3 World Youth Basketball Championship in China as a member of the Belarusian National team in October 2019.

bbf 14 01 2020 19

According to the regulations on awarding scholarships to the Presidential sports club, athletes, who are part of adult National teams and are at the stake of the Ministry of sport and tourism (such as players of the U-23 Women's National 3x3 Team of Belarus Anastasiya Sushchyk, Hanna Lapo, Aryna Masko and coach Yury Vouk), cannot be nominated as candidates for receiving monetary incentives from the PSC. We also remind that the medalists of the 2nd European Games are candidates for the scholarship of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

3x3 is a dynamic sport

In 2019, BBF took another step forward in the development of the 3x3 basketball, for the first time holding a number of tournaments.

bbf 14 01 2020 26

Belarusians made their debut in the U-23 Nations League, a prestigious FIBA-sponsored world tournament, for the first time in 2019.  The Men's team that took the fourth place in the final stood out, having confidently spent the entire summer season. In 2020, the stage of the competition is planned to be held in Minsk.

According to the joint decision of the BBF and Tsmoki-Minsk, adopted in 2019, the first Men's 3x3 team was created on the basis of the club in 2020. The squad will make its debut at the tournament "Palova. Snowball" in Minsk on January 18-19.

bbf 14 01 2020 15

In 2019, Belarusian athletes took part in the first 3x3 Championship of the Republic of Belarus and the cup among university teams. In addition, tournaments for students were held in BSUIR, and the Federation organized competitions for the age categories of 2006-2007.

Traditionally, everyone interested competed in Palova in the summer season, and National teams took part in the rounds of the International 3x3 tournament in Lithuania.

bbf 14 01 2020 16

On July 3, 2019, in honor of the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus, United League Europe 3x3 presented Grodno residents with a 3x3 basketball holiday - the Rosenergoatom Cup tournament, which is included in the schedule of official FIBA 3x3 competitions. 12 teams, 6 of which are from Europe, took part in the tournament and competed for the main prize - tickets to the Riga Ghetto Challenger and the second season of the United League Europe 3x3. Participants included Serbian "Olimp Belgrade", Swiss "Losanne", Lithuanian "Sanit", as well as teams from Belarus and Russia. A qualifying tournament for the second season of the United 3x3 European Basketball League was held in Grodno on December 15.

On September 3, the 3x3 basketball court was officially opened in Ostrovets on the basis of gymnasium No. 1 as part of the international festival "Sport without borders". The event was held under the auspices of the project "basketball planet-orange atom", which has been implemented since December last year with the support of the Rosenergoatom Concern joint stock company, the Ostrovets district Executive Committee, RUE Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant and the representative office of ASE EC JSC in the Republic of Belarus. Previously, this project already included school basketball competitions, 3x3 and 5x5 basketball tournaments, training seminars for physical education teachers, and a Christmas sports festival.

bbf 14 01 2020 34

For the first time, a series of tournaments "My world, my rules" was held among women's teams.

WORLD RECOGNITION

In 2019 for the first time in the history, BBF was noted with the FIBA honorary award.

bbf 14 01 2020 01

At the XXI Congress of the International Basketball Federation, which was held from August 29-31, 2019 in Beijing (China), FIBA marked national organizations-members, which achieved the greatest success in their work. The Belarusian Federation entered the top three and received an award as an organization that showed significant progress in 2017-2019 in the development of Women's teams (girls).

- Of course, this award is an indicator of the high attention paid to sport by the leadership of the country, - said BBF President Maksim Ryzhenkov. – In recent years Belarus has hosted a number of major tournaments, such as the FIBA Europe 3x3 Championships 2015, the FIBA U17 World Championships 2018, the 3х3 basketball tournament as part of the 2nd European games; representatives of our country have entered the elected bodies of FIBA Europe and we have created a training system for young athletes, coaches and judges. Of course, there is still a lot to be done – first of all, we should work with the National Teams reserve, create sports infrastructure, host major International tournaments on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. Of course, not all this would have been possible without the dedicated work of our specialists in all regions of our country, the assistance of the republican and local authorities, and without the support of our reliable partners.

REACHING THE INTERNATIONAL LEVEL

For the first time in the history of national basketball, Belarus joined the FIBA Europe Executive Committee and the FIBA Europe Commission.

bbf 24 05 2019 31

Another significant event for Belarusian basketball took place in May in Munich, where the General Assembly of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) in Europe held elections of the organization's governing bodies. Nastassia Marynina, Executive Director and General Secretary of the BBF, was elected to the Executive Committee of FIBA Europe.

On June 17, 2019, for the first time in the history of Belarusian basketball, two representatives of the BBF joined the FIBA Europe commissions at once, having received mandates for the term 2019-2023: Nastassia Marynina was approved as the Chairman of the "Women's Commission" and joined the management Committee, and the head of the tournament Department Yury Vouk was elected to the "Competition Commission".

bbf 14 01 2020 09

Famous Belarusian basketball player Yahor Meshcharakou joined the Commission of athletes of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA). He became the first Belarusian to be included in the governing bodies of this international organization at the request of the national federation. The mandate of the athletes Commission was issued for the period 2019-2023.

UPSETS OF THE YEAR

Women's National Team lost the chance to participate in 2020 Olympics

wnt titul

The Belarusian fans are used to the successful performances of our Women's National Team at the most top international tournaments. That is why the failure of our girls at the FIBA EuroBasket 2019 in Serbia was not certainly the best news for every fan of our sport. Despite the fact that the group that Natalia Trafimava's players were included in after the draw was initially and not unreasonably considered as a tough one, everyone in their hearts believed that Belarusians players would be able to win, giving us again those same emotions of joy and pride. Unfortunately, the fortune was not on our side: at the start of the tournament in a difficult and equal struggle, the National Team of the Republic of Belarus lost to the hosts of the tournament - the team of Serbia. Then the Belarusians players had a fantastic match against the Belgian team, the victory over which became one of the main sensations of the EuroBasket group stage. Having a great chance of continuing the struggle for getting into the Olympic qualification, our compatriots failed to seize this opportunity with a defeat from Russian team. During the post-game press conference, our head coach Natalia Trafimava noted: "The team today operated very badly and with such a percentage of hits it was difficult to count on something. It is very difficult to accept such defeat; it is difficult to talk about it. Unfortunately, the tournament is over for us. Tomorrow we are going home."

And yet the coaching staff and players managed to learn a lesson very quickly after their failure in Zrenjanin: On November 17, 2019, the Belarusian players more than confidently started in the selection for the FIBA EuroBasket 2021, defeating the UK - 59:90, which, by the way, took the 4th place at EuroBasket 2019.

EuroBasket qualification calendar 2021:

Belarus - Poland (November 12, 2020)

Belarus - Great Britain (February 4, 2021)

Poland - Belarus (February 7, 2021)

Rivals:

Team of Great Britain - 25th place in the FIBA rating (12th in Europe). In the final part of EuroBasket 2019 in Serbia took the 4th place.

The National Team of Poland - the 50th place in the FIBA rating (20th in Europe). Did not take part in the final part of the EuroBasket 2019 in Serbia.

Men's National Team of the Republic of Belarus could not qualify for the next round of selection for EuroBasket 2021.

In the past year, Belarusian basketball players fought for a ticket to the FIBA EuroBasket 2021 Pre-Qualifiers 2019.

MNT titul

Aliaksandr Krutsikau's players successfully began their tournament path in August 2019, winning over Albania on the road, and after 4 days at home arena with a tense ending, they still lost to the Danes. The subsequent victory over the Albanians did not guarantee our squad a ticket to the main round of selection at EuroBasket, and the decisive match in the struggle for getting into the number of 32 teams participating in the Qualifiers was to be played against the Danish team. The Belarusians players tried not only to roll with a punch, but also to create an advantage in the score. However, one and a half minutes before the end of the fourth quarter, the hosts managed to even the score and then make an incredible long throw at 1.2 seconds before the buzzer, which deprived our team of the chance to get into the next round of selection.

Failure to fulfill the task led to the change of the head coach of the National Team: in December 2019 Rostislav Vergun replaced Aliaksandr Krutsikau. Now the new specialist will have a difficult task to get through the second round of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 European Pre-Qualifiers. We remind you that at the first stage of this selection Belarusians player will meet with the teams of Cyprus and Portugal, the first games will be held on February 20 and 24, 2020.

Calendar of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 European Pre-Qualifiers:

20.02.2020

Cyprus - Belarus

24.02.2020

Belarus - Portugal

26.11.2020

Belarus - Albania

30.11.2020

Belarus-Cyprus

18.02.2021

Portugal - Belarus

21.02.2021

Albania – Belarus

Each team will play two games in each window. Then two top teams from each group will take part in the 2nd round Qualifiers, where they will be joined by eight teams of Eurobasket-2021 Qualifiers, which will compete for eight places at the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023.

The 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup for the first time in the history of the competition will be held in more than one country. The tournament will be hosted by Indonesia, Japan and the Philippines. 32 teams will take part in the medal draw.

Rivals:

Cyprus – 78th place in FIBA rating (39th - in Europe);

Portugal – 61st place in the FIBA rating (34th - in Europe);

Albania - 109th place in the FIBA rating (46th - in Europe).

THE RESERVE

Performance of Belarusian Youth National Teams at the 2019 European Championships.

U 18

Perhaps the most successful performance among the youth teams of our country over the past summer can be considered the game of the U-18 Women’s National Team at the Championships in Sarajevo. Nadzeya Kamenets wards managed to keep their registration in the elite division, taking the 9th place in the Tournament. The leader of that team was Yuliya Vasilevich, who performed particularly well in the second part of the EuroBasket: in the last 3 games, she averaged 17 points, and in the game against Israel, she did not leave the floor at all. By the way, in the same meeting with Israel, Yuliya almost scored a triple-double (19 points, 9 rebounds, 9 assists). Vasilevich averaged 13.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 5 assists in the tournament.

The U-16 and U-20 Women's Teams of Belarus failed to achieve such a positive result: Volha Padabed's team finished in 9th position in Division B, and the basketball players under the leadership of Lidziya Matsal could not remain among the strongest teams in Europe, taking 15th place.

Our Men's National Teams showed the following results at the continental Championships in the Divisions B: 17th place (U-16), 13th place (U-18) and 13th place (U-20).

U-18 National 3x3 Teams failed to qualify for the 3x3 European Championships.

IN COOPERATION WITH FIBA EUROPE

BBF for the first time filed applications in 2018 and has been successfully participating in such FIBA Europe projects as "Step to the future" and "Her World, Her Rules".

bbf 14 01 2020 20

Lizaveta Famina, who is responsible for all youth BBF projects, took part in FIBA European Mini-Basketball Convention 2019 in Geneva (Switzerland).

"Step to the future"

From 6th-16th February, the selection stages of the "Step into the future" were held in all regions of Belarus. Students of the youth school and secondary schools attended the contest. Based on the results of local competition selections, 2 best basketball players from each region (24 participants in total), as well as 4 boys and girls from Minsk (8 participants) won tickets to the final stage of the project, which was held on February 24th at the Falcon Club Arena in Minsk.

Shag v budushee final 24 02 19 31

The program of the festival included competitions based on the possession of the basic elements of the best game with the ball (throw, dribbling, passing, etc.), so that the children had the opportunity to compete in the skill with peers. In addition, the main goal of BBF and the company "5 Element", which were the organizers of the project, was the idea of supporting the interest of young athletes in the sport and providing a unique opportunity for young athletes to prove themselves.

bbf 14 01 2020 14

It should be noted that under the project "Step to the future", implemented with the direct participation of the U.S. Embassy in Belarus, large training camps for children were also organized in Volozhin and Minsk. The main lecturers there were the American specialists Chris Dial and Justin Berry that represented the organization "The Basketball Embassy".

"Her World, Her Rules"

In turn, recently, in December, under the joint project "Her World, Her Rules" between FIBA Europe and BBF, six Belarusian cities held the selection of the most promising basketball players among girls born in 2007-2008. The main goal of this national competition is to create a reliable reserve for the Women's National Team. Moreover, the aim for the specialists of the project’s expert group is the nationwide selection of talented female athletes for further individual work with each of them, as well as the motivation of coaches who held the selection in the initial training groups.

bbf 09 01 2020 3

Based on the results of the already completed regional stages, 27 promising female basketball players and their coaches were invited to the final round, during which from 10th to 15th of January 2020 a training camp is held in Minsk with the involvement of specialists from the National Research Center for Sports and the National Anti-Doping Agency.

bbf 11 01 2020 2

In addition to theoretical and practical lessons in basketball, as well as competitive practice, girls get acquainted with the nutrition of athletes, anti-doping rules, and the main aspects of referring.

NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Back in the 2018/2019 season, it was decided to hold games at a convenient time for spectators, which is exactly the policy that the federation has maintained in the 2019/2020 season.

The number of men's teams has increased to 12, and women's teams to 9. Men's RGUOR and women's BSU-Tsmoki were added.

tmvoki

The battle for medals in Men's National Championship in season 2018/2019 turned out to be very interesting: if the leader of the Belarusian basketball club Tsmoki-Minsk traditionally got the championship trophy, the contest for silver and bronze of the tournament was rather tense. Mogilev's club Borisfen looked very convincing in this battle, only losing to the Dragons in the final series.

Meanwhile, in the battle for the 3rd place in a series of 4 games, the Reserve team of the club from Minsk was stronger than club Grodno-93, leaving the Grodno team without medals for the first time in a long time.

However, this year's tournament has already seen a competitive struggle for supremacy: Nataliya Trafimava's club Horizont in November 2019 caused the only defeat to the invincible capital team Tsmoki-Minsk, thus giving the fans one of the main intrigues in the ongoing Belarusian championship.

Тsmoki 14 04 19

BSU-Tsmoki is the first joint professional team in the country's higher education system and sports institution. The purpose of its creation was to improve the conditions for the development of professional student sport. Talented young basketball players will have the opportunity to take part in national and international competitions without interrupting their studies. The most productive athletes will be included in the women's team Tsmoki-Minsk.

BROADCASTS AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE

In 2019, BBF along with Sport-TV.BY for the first time began to broadcast all matches of the Belarusian Championships and International tournaments held on the territory of Belarus.

Since September 2019, matches of the Men's and Women's Belarusian Championships, as well as international tournaments with the participation of National teams that are held in our country, have become available for viewing on the websites of the Belarusian Basketball Federation, SPORT-TV.BY, as well as on the digital television channel "VOKA TV".

This project is aimed at popularization of Belarusian basketball not only in our country, but also abroad. This became possible by the fact that the Federation and the sports portal Sport-TV.BY signed a partnership agreement. The plans are to expand the audience, increase the number and quality of broadcasts.

SUPPORTING NATIONAL TEAMS - SUPPORTING YOUNG ATHLETES

Now all fans can not only support national teams at home games of world and European Championships qualifiers, but also help young basketball players, because traditionally the profit from ticket sales is used to open new children's basketball departments in our country, as well as to provide the already functioning sections with the necessary equipment.

bbf 14 01 2020 39

In 2019, this help was sent to the Soligorsky district sports school for sports games "Shakhtar" for the opening of a basketball sports class at Krasnoslobodskaya high school.

bbf 14 01 2020 18

During the 2nd European Games the BBF purchased about 500 tickets to the Palova Arena for pupils of youth schools and veterans of Belarusian basketball, who witnessed the victories of Belarusian athletes and saw the game of world sports leaders.

EXPANSION OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

In May, within the bilateral meeting, the Belarusian and the Russian Federations signed a cooperation agreement in Moscow. The document on interaction confirms the intentions of the parties to cooperate in the interests of the development and promotion of basketball, its popularization in both countries, as well as popularization of the related events. The document will also contribute to the more intensive work on the preparation of the reserve, national teams, the officials, and the provision of mutual support in the international arena.

bbf 10 05 2019 1 1

Representatives of the Belarusian Federation also visited Lithuania, where they got acquainted with the structure and work of one of the leading basketball organizations in the world.

Cooperation between the two Federations counts not one decade, but in recent years it is especially efficient - joint projects are being implemented, teams from both countries take part in tournaments and training camps, and specialists work closely on various issues.

bbf 14 01 2020 36

In October 2019, the squad, formed from the players of the reserve and youth Tsmoki teams, at the invitation of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, went to the United Arab Emirates and took part in a training camp, where they played four friendly games with local teams. During the visit, working meetings with representatives of sports and basketball organizations were held. In 2020 cooperation will continue.

From the 9th to the 23th of April, the joint training camps for children from the Syrian Arab Republic and the Republic of Belarus were held on the basis of the Republican State School of Olympic reserve. Natalia Trafimava, the head coach of the Women's National Team of our country held a master class for players aged 15-16. During the one-and-a-half-hour session, the girls tried themselves in new and interesting exercises and tasks. Volha Ziuzkova, the basketball player of the Belarusian National Team, helped our coach in organizing the training process.

As a result of signing the cooperation agreement with Rosenergoatom, 3x3 basketball tournaments were held in Grodno, and a modern 3x3 playground was opened in Astravyets.

bbf 14 01 2020 12

In September Chris Dial (USA), basketball coach, the head and founder of The Basketball Embassy, held a training camp for both U16 teams on the basis of the Republican State School of Olympic reserve. This camp was a continuation of cooperation in order to develop basketball in Belarus and strengthen international relations under the patronage of the BBF and the U.S. Embassy in the Republic of Belarus. Exercises aimed at establishing basic movements and skills were practiced during classes. Special attention was paid to the basketball shooting technique. In addition, Dial and Monika Wilcox (USA), the manager of sports and educational programs of the nonprofit organization FHI360, conducted classes for young athletes in Grodno. Thirteen coaches from all over the region attended the seminar. They discussed such topics as the motivation of young players, the selection of players, as well as the relationship between a player and a coach when an athlete changes a coach.

KEEP LEARNING

Nadzeya Kamenets has received FIBA Europe Coaching Certificate.

bbf 14 01 2020 08

The Belarusian Federation was represented at the FIBA Europe Women's Basketball Summit by students of the Grodno School of Olympic Reserve Ekaterina Novik and Polina Domenyuk, coach Victoria Datsun and referee Ulada Nazaranka.

bbf 14 01 2020 38

On October 9, the office of the Belarusian Basketball Federation held a seminar for the press services of Belarusian basketball teams responsible for interaction with the media and information content of the club's website and social networks. The event was organized by the BBF together with the Commission of the NOC of Belarus on interaction with the media and the Belarusian Association of sports press.

Youth player Irina Venskaya became the first representative of the Belarusian women's basketball, who received an invitation to participate in the FIBA and NBA camp "Basketball without borders". We remind you that our athlete was included in the symbolic top five at the 2018 European championship in the B division among players under 18 years of age, and proved herself superbly at the 2018 Minsk U-17 World Championship. Now she plays for the team BSU-Tsmoki. Earlier, Belarus was represented in this program by Dzmitry Ryuny and German Plotnikov.

DYUBL (CHILDREN AND YOUTH BASKETBALL LEAGUE) "SLODYCH"

Republican competitions "Children's and Youth Basketball League "Slodych" which are held throughout the year (from October to May) are one of the most popular. This project is a source of players for the National basketball team and it “lights the little stars". This is a strategically important competition, the main purpose of which is to prepare the reserve.

bbf 24 05 2019 40

The well-built competition system of the Children's and Youth Basketball League "Slodych" allows estimating the work of each particular sports organization of our country. The directors of specialized schools, coaches, athletes and parents are interested in year-round game practice, since the competitive process is an integral part of the training of young "ball masters". Thanks to this, the regional teams can compete in the main Republican competitions, such as the Olympic Youth Days, the Schoolchildren Spartakiad and the Children and Youth Sports School, as well as the country's Championships.

Moreover, the Children's and Youth Basketball League is a powerful platform for the growth of young coaching staff.

Geographical expansion of the Children's and Youth Basketball League, introducing more and more boys and girls to the wonderful game called basketball - all this is among the priorities of the BBF.

THE 2019/2020 SEASON FEATURES A RECORD NUMBER OF TEAMS IN THE LEAGUE’S HISTORY.

In the 2019/2020 season, more than 2.600 basketballs will be transferred to children's sports schools thanks to the support of the Presidents Sports Club.

In total, more than 9.000 balls and 134 basketball boards were passed to sports schools.

REFEREES PREPARATION

In September 2018, the new Republican Referees Collegium began its work, to which was given the tasks of building up the structure and organization of work at a new quality level. The FIBA referee Piotr Ivashkou became the Chairman.

bbf 14 01 2020 17

Among the priorities are the establishment of a clear refereeing structure in the BBF, preparing high-quality young specialists, as well as a worthy presentation of our country in the international sports arena.

In 2019, 7 different documents regulating the work of referees in the Republic of Belarus were developed and approved.
